Down To Earth’s primary focus within this sector is the sandalwood industry where we provide a diverse set of services to the largest Indian sandalwood producers in the world.

With our large range of specialised machinery, Down To Earth is involved in the ongoing land preparation projects for new plantings as well as the established plantation maintenance programs throughout Australia’s tropical north.

In addition to this, Down To Earth supplies large teams of farm hands, machinery operators and dedicated managers that are involved in all faucets of this industry through the trees 15 year lifespan from nursery work and large scale plantings, pruning, training and maintaining right through to  the harvesting and processing of timber.

Over the past 15 years DTE has gained vast experience in the Blue gum industry providing labour and machinery for the planting, coppice pruning and spraying across Southern Australia.
